All appointments with Mountain Talk can be conducted via Zoom, Teams, or in person at our office in Belconnen, Canberra.
Anything discussed during our appointments remains confidential at all times, unless we have your express permission to share information with another person outside the appointment, or we believe there is a significant risk of harm to you, the client, or someone else as a result of something we have heard during our session.
Currently we are open for appointments during the week.s available on the weekend. We are only closed for Christmas on the public holidays, and appointments are available.
Appointments are paid for upfront via our online booking system and there is no refund available for no shows or unless more than 24 hours notice is given. It may be possible to reschedule your appointment in the event you can’t make it – because we know life happens.
