All appointments with Mountain Talk can be conducted via Zoom, Teams, or in person at our office in Deakin, Canberra.
Anything discussed during our appointments remains confidential at all times, unless we have your express permission to share information with another person outside the appointment, or we believe there is a significant risk of harm to you, the client, or someone else as a result of something we have heard during our session.
Currently we are open for appointments Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with Saturday appointments available on the weekend. If you would like to talk to some one about an appointment outside those hours please call on 0433 237 070 or email bookings@mountaintalk.com.au.
Please leave a message if we don’t answer straight away, as we may be in a session with a client.
Appointments are paid for upfront via our online booking system but if you would like to discuss alternate payment options or if there is some one else paying for your sessions, such as your workplace, please call on 0433 237 070 or email bookings@mountaintalk.com.au.
Cancellations and no shows – There is no refund available for no shows. In the event of you needing to cancel or rebook please call or email, noting no refunds will be possible unless more than 24 hours notice is given. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment in the event you can’t make it – because we know life happens.
